This tool facilitates the proper and quick removal and installation of the plastic silent bearings on the traverse
control arm. The special thrust piece positively picks up the plastic bearing which permits the assembly without
damage. Because the tool can be used in the installed condition, the elaborate correction of the axle geometry
and the removal of the often heavily corroded console mounting screws become obsolete.
