Flaremaster 2 Brake Pipe Flaring Kit

The new features are designed to make it quicker and easier for the technician to assemble the tool in-situ, and to remove the risk of accidental damage to the tool due to incorrect assembly.

New features include a ‘quick-release chuck’ for positive engagement of the pipe flaring punch, a fast-turn coarse thread on the hydraulic ram for quicker assembly, a pivot pin for fast clamping of the brake pipe, and a new enhanced bridge unit for greater strength.

The Flaremaster® 2 is a unique, original patented design, for producing high quality brake pipe flares ‘On-the-Vehicle’.

The hydraulic power unit provides ultimate control for precision flaring.  Flaremaster® 2 creates SAE & DIN single and double flares (3/16” and 4.75mm pipe). Flaring brake pipes ‘On-the-Vehicle’ allows for accurate repair sections to be spliced in following repair work or accident damage, reduces down time, and minimises the risk of wastage due to incorrect pipe lengths being prepared away from the vehicle. Flaremaster® 2 can create full, or part sections of pipe, which can be trimmed, flared and spliced in as required.
