We make sure not to take your money until we have ensured all items are in stock and ready to pack on the understanding that we are going to ship either that day or the day after depending on the time we have packed your order.
If this is not the case and we need to ship an item direct from a Manufacturer we will contact you before this is actioned to make sure that it suits your needs.
If any items are found to be out of stock before we process, we will contact you with an E.T.A for the goods and ask you how to proceed.

We aim to ship all goods within 2 -5 working days. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be processed on the next working day.

It is important that you contact us as soon as possible if you your order hasn't arrived soon after this so we can resolve the situation. This time frame is to allow for us checking thoroughly that you order is collated and complete before charging you. If you need an express delivery please contact the office and our sales team will advise you of the best course of action.

If you choose to buy from us, certain information will be transferred to us with your order, such as name, address and credit card details. This information will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policies and will also be handled in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Furthermore we will commit to the following:

1. When you make an order certain information is required for processing that order. We will only use that information for the purpose of processing that order and for no other reason whatsoever

Returns & Replacements

You will be able to return any unused goods within 7 days of purchase for a full refund minus the delivery cost.
If you recieve any items incorrectly they will be picked up from you and the correct items delivered to you free of charge by return. (please check orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.)

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, these also will be picked up from you and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the goods.

To return an item please contact us first by phone or email, we can then provide you with a returns number and details to complete your return.
